Your code, in plain terms

When you paste or upload a program, we use it only to do the job you asked for — run a parity proof or scope a migration. It is executed only inside an isolated, network-restricted sandbox, it is never shared with other customers, and it is never used to train AI models. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

TurkeyCode (“we,” “us”) operates turkeycode.ai, including the Turkey Enterprise / Parity service for modernizing legacy software. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email, company, and authentication details when you sign up or contact us.
  • Programs you submit: source code and files you paste or upload for a parity proof or a quote request, plus any language hints or descriptions you provide.
  • Usage & billing data: service usage, and payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Technical data: IP address and basic request metadata, used for security and rate limiting.

3. How we protect the code you submit

The programs you submit are sensitive, and we treat them that way:

  • Isolated execution. Submitted programs run only inside a hardened, kernel-isolated sandbox with no inbound access and a restricted, deny-by-default network. They cannot reach our other systems, our database, or other customers’ data.
  • No cross-customer access. Your code and results are scoped to you.
  • Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Uploaded programs are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.
  • Access controls. Access to submitted code is limited to the personnel and processes needed to deliver the service.

4. How we use your data

  • To run the parity proof or scope and deliver the work you requested.
  • To create and manage your account, and to communicate with you.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

5. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your personal data or your code.
  • We do not share the programs you submit with other customers.
  • We do not use the programs you submit to train AI models.

6. Service providers

We use a small number of vetted providers strictly to operate the service — for example, cloud hosting and storage, a large-language-model provider for AI-assisted steps, a payment processor, and an email provider. They process data only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

7. Retention

  • Parity proofs: the program and its results are retained to deliver and support the proof, and are deleted on a routine schedule (or sooner on request).
  • Quote uploads & engagements: programs you send for a quote or an engagement are retained for the duration of that engagement and deleted afterward, or on request.
  • Account and billing records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and submitted programs. To make a request, email privacy@turkeycode.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
